[2013] EWHC 194 (Admin)

An 87-year-old man was found to be in contempt of court for making and publishing an audio recording of court proceedings. Although prison was a last resort because of his age, concurrent sentences of 28 days' imprisonment for each contempt, suspended for 12 months, were necessary as he had repeatedly committed the same contempt.
