[2008] EWHC 149 (QB)

A claim for a civil recovery order under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 for property obtained as a result of prostitution and people trafficking offences in a foreign country was successful as the dual criminality test was met under s.241 of the Act. The conduct would have given rise to a number of separate offences under the Sexual Offences Act 1956.
