Angry solicitor resorts to direct protest against SRA

A solicitor who claims his firm was unjustly closed following an intervention by the Solicitors Regulation Authority is continuing a High Court action for damages, despite warnings that the SRA could instruct expert leading counsel and pursue him for costs. As the Gazette went to press, he was planning to protest about his treatment outside the regulator?s offices. read more
