Increasing numbers of convicted defendants allege they were not properly briefed about capital contributions

Convicted defendants are alleging they were not properly briefed about the possibility of capital payments being payable according to our debt recovery company.

The issue is apparently being raised by increasing numbers of convicted defendants since we highlighted it in September 2012 (see below).

Providers can help their client by ensuring they are properly aware about the possibility of being liable for a capital payment.
