[2013] EWCA Crim 1758

A judge had not erred in finding that a young offender, who had pleaded guilty to robbery and possession of an imitation firearm with intent to cause fear of violence, had satisfied the dangerous offender provisions of the Criminal Justice Act 2003. However, the offender's appeal against sentence would be allowed to the extent that the minimum term specified by the judge needed to be made certain.
