[2011] EWCA Crim 698

A trial judge had correctly considered all the correct issues in deciding to refusing an application to amend the basis of a guilty plea and had reached a conclusion which was entirely open to him by considering that the existing basis of plea was a sound reflection of the accused's guilt.
