Whilst, in the context of conferring anonymity under the Children and Young Persons Act 1933 s.39, the fact that an antisocial behaviour order had been imposed was a factor that reinforced the general public interest in the public disclosure of court proceedings, that did not mean that every such case raised a presumption in favour of a refusal to grant anonymity.
