[2013] EWCA Crim 928
A judge's interruptions of defence counsel during cross-examination of four witnesses in a rape trial were not such as to render the offender's conviction unsafe. The offender had not been prevented from presenting his case, and any discourteousness on the part of the judge was cured by his subsequent comments to the jury.
