[2011] EWCA Crim 89

A travel restriction order could only be imposed under the Criminal Justice and Police Act 2001 s.33 where a single sentence of four years' imprisonment or more had been passed. It was not open to a judge to make such an order where the aggregate of shorter sentences was more than four years.
