[2006] EWCA Crim 2916

Fraudulent trading in vehicles was a single process leading to a single benefit for the purposes of the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 . There were not two separate benefits consisting of the value of the car when the appellant dishonestly obtained it and the proceeds of sale of the same car.
