[2013] EWCA Crim 454

A sentence of three years' imprisonment was not manifestly excessive following a guilty plea for an offender who had not been directly involved in the supply of class A drugs to an undercover police officer, but had the significant role of being responsible for checking that the prospective purchaser was genuine and not a police "plant".
