[2009] EWCA Crim 1360

The availability of fresh evidence, comprising corrections, supplements and additions to the transcript of the audio tapes of conversations relied upon by the prosecution in the course of a defendant's convictions for conspiracy to supply a controlled drug, did not impact on the safety of those convictions as that new evidence would not have affected the jury's conclusion that the defendant was the individual who had made finance available to the conspiracy for the purchase of drugs on certain key dates.
