Concurrent sentences of five years' imprisonment imposed following pleas of guilty to two offences of residential burglary and a request for 12 similar offences to be taken into consideration were not manifestly excessive, taking account of the offender's dreadful record, the number of burglaries committed, the element of planning involved and the fact that most of the offences were committed whilst on licence.
