[2012] EWCA Crim 1413

In a trial concerning two conspiracies to import and supply cannabis, a judge had not breached the terms of the accused's extradition order by allowing evidence to be admitted about an additional attempted importation not included in the indictment in order to show propensity where, although the extradition order provided that no legal procedure could be initiated in respect of crimes other than those listed in the handover document, the offender had not been convicted or sentenced for any further offences committed in respect of the additional consignment.
