For the purposes of a review of a minimum term of a sentence of life imprisonment by the Court of Appeal on the ground of exceptional progress, there was no effective distinction between a term fixed under the Criminal Justice Act 2003 Sch.22 para.3 and one fixed under Sch.22 para.6.
