[2004] EWCA Crim 1411

A defendant should be acquitted of the offence of possession of an indecent pseudo-photograph of children under the Criminal Justice Act 1988 s.160 if he proved that he had not seen the photograph in question and did not know and had no cause to suspect that it was an indecent photograph of a child.
