[2007] EWCA Crim 2238

A sentence of imprisonment for public protection under the Criminal Justice Act 2003 s.225 following a conviction for arson with intent to endanger life was substituted with a sentence of imprisonment for seven years as following a psychiatric report it was held that there was not a significant risk of the offender and the arson victim meeting again and a further incident occurring.
