[2013] EWCA Crim 281

In accordance with the decision in R. v Kluxen (Patricia) [2010] EWCA Crim 1081, [2011] 1 W.L.R. 218, a sentencing court had not been entitled to make a recommendation for deportation in relation to a Romanian national who had pleaded guilty to an offence of attempted burglary of a dwelling house.
