[2013] EWCA Crim 213

The principle that sentences above the normal range were appropriate for offences committed in the context of the London riots of August 2011 applied to all offences committed in that context, regardless of whether the sentence was passed at a second sentencing occasion for offending that had subsequently been discovered.
