[2001] EWCA Crim 2513

Where a recorder had made errors when directing the jury on identification evidence, alibi evidence, interview evidence and evidence of recent possession, and had inadequately summed up the defence case and allowed cross-examination on a false factual basis, convictions for aggravated burglary were unsafe.
