[2012] EWCA Civ 1471

The notification requirements in the Counter-Terrorism Act 2008 s.47-s.52, imposed for 10 years on an offender convicted of a terrorism offence, were not incompatible with his rights under the European Convention on Human Rights 1950 art.8 even though there was no right of review.
