PUBLISHED July 26, 1999The particulars of facts alleged in an extradition request were sufficient to make out an offence under s.265(1)(a) Portuguese Penal Code and accordingly the magistrate had been entitled to commit the applicant to await the decision of the secretary of state as to his extradition.
