[2010] EWHC 1821 (Admin)

A judge had not erred in ordering the extradition of an alleged offender to Slovakia to face prosecution for offences committed in 1998. The Slovakian national had always known of the risk that a criminal prosecution would be pursued against him and although there had been a delay in bringing the proceedings, extradition would not cause him or his family "oppressive" hardship.
