Lord Chief Justice calls for children to have evidence video recorded
PUBLISHED June 10, 2013The Lord Chief Justice has backed the reforms in what he said is an "urgent need" for change, which would affect 33,000 children a year who currently give evidence in criminal trials and have to endure live cross examination.
