In order to satisfy the requirements of the Extradition Act 2003 s.2(5) it was not necessary for a European arrest warrant to explicitly state that the individual who was the subject of the warrant was "unlawfully at large" if it could be inferred from the warrant as a whole that the individual was unlawfully at large.
