PUBLISHED March 18, 1994Court has jurisdiction to restrain access to drug trafficking proceeds which are the subject of any proceedings for their recovery in a country designated in the Drug Trafficking Offences Act 1986 (Designated Countries and Territories) Order 1990/1199.
