Where a motorist, who had been required to provide specimens of breath for a breath test that proved void and had been given a warning under the Road Traffic Act 1988 s.7(7) , agreed to an invitation to provide a further specimen of breath, a police officer was not then obliged to go through the entire procedure of imposing a requirement on the motorist to provide such a specimen or to issue a further warning under s.7(7).
