[2008] UKPC 14

A person charged with being concerned in the importation of cocaine contrary to the Misuse of Drugs Law (2000 Revision) (Cayman Islands) s.3(1) was a person charged with "any offence of... importing" for the purposes of s.60(1) of the Law and was therefore entitled to be tried by jury.
