[2006] EWHC 464 (Admin)

A decision of the GMC's Fitness to Practice Panel that a general practitioner was not guilty of serious professional misconduct was remitted on the ground that the panel had erred in law in applying the criminal standard of proof in determining whether the charges found proved amounted to serious professional misconduct.
