A writ of sequestration was issued against a Chinese company that had, in instituting proceedings in a maritime court in China, clearly breached the terms of an anti-suit injunction prohibiting it from doing so. A three-month custodial sentence was also imposed on the company's sole director, who had knowingly assisted and permitted the relevant breaches.
