[2009] EWHC 1282 (Admin)

A European arrest warrant requesting the removal of an alleged offender to Spain in respect of offences against public health due to drug trafficking did contain sufficient particulars of the alleged offence and it was not necessary for the warrant to set out all of the evidence against him.
