Advocates now able to advise why they are the instructed advocate
Changes have been made to the AF1 form allowing advocates to advise why they are the instructed advocate.
Simply ticking one of four options in section 8 of the form will give the LSC important information and reduce the possibility of the claim being rejected.
The new form was introduced on 1 October 2012 as part of our six-month review of all LSC forms.
