[2009] EWCA Crim 1511

A sentence of two years' imprisonment imposed on an offender for attempted arson with the intention to endanger life through a premeditated revenge attack on an elderly couple was unduly lenient and was increased to five years' imprisonment as the judge had placed too much weight on the offender's problems and not enough weight on her conduct and intent.
