An individual who used the words "fuck off" and "fuck you" towards a police officer carrying out a search of his brother was guilty of using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress contrary to the Public Order Act 1986 s.5(1) and s.5(6).
