[2013] EWCA Crim 170

A total sentence of 12 years' imprisonment imposed following the offender's pleas of guilty to possessing a firearm with intent to endanger life and possessing ammunition with intent to endanger life was quashed and replaced with a sentence of 10 years. The sentencing judge had adopted too high a starting point.
