[2008] EWCA Crim 1235
Sentences of 18 and 15 months' imprisonment imposed on a mother and son for offences of entering into an arrangement to facilitate the retention of proceeds of crime were manifestly excessive given the extent of the offenders' knowledge of the original offence. Sentences of 12 and 4 months respectively were substituted.
