It was directed, pursuant to the court's power under the Extradition Act 2003 s.104(1)(b), that a judge should decide again whether it would be unjust or oppressive by reason of passage of time to return extraditees to Trinidad and Tobago for trial and whether, if they were to be returned, their prison conditions would be such as to make their extradition incompatible with the European Convention on Human Rights 1950 Art.3.
