Although a police officer had obtained a search warrant having formed a belief on the basis of inaccurate information, it had been reasonable for him to base his belief on this information because there had been ample evidence to support it. There had been no breach of the Human Rights Act 1950 art.8(2) right to respect for home in obtaining and executing the warrant.
