Following the Legal Services Commission's consultation on VHCCs, it was pointed out that defence teams could not properly business plan without the inclusion of the proposed tender prices. 

The Commission has now responded with the relevant information and the Law Society is asking practitioners to tell them whether these prices represent adequate remuneration for the work involved and if not, what level would be required for firms to remain viable.
