Case managers are sending out updated task lists and claim forms for Very High Cost Cases work

New Very High Cost Cases (VHCC) claim forms and task list templates are being issued by case managers.

This is being done following our transition from the Legal Services Commission to the new Legal Aid Agency on 1 April 2013.

Removal of VHCC5 payment form

The VHCC5 payment form has been removed. Claims will be processed immediately following assessment.

There is now only a need for an electronic ?actual? signature on the core details sheet at the time of submitting your claim for payment.

The reconciliation sheet and covering letter will be e-mailed to you once assessment and payment has been made.

There is no change to how you appeal against any assessment.
