UK should leave the ECHR, says May
PUBLISHED April 27, 2016Home secretary and potential Conservative leadership candidate Theresa May today made the government's most explicit threat yet of withdrawal from the European Convention on Human Rights - while defending remaining under the jurisdiction of the Court of Justice of the European Union.
