There was no reason for regarding "fraudulent breach of trust" in s.281(3) Insolvency Act 1986 as meaning anything different from what the same expression meant in s.28 Bankruptcy Act 1914. Dishonesty remained an essential ingredient. A statutory demand under r.7.11(2) Insolvency Rules 1986 SI 1986/1925 was set aside.
