Fresh evidence of the particular complainant's conduct after the trial was relevant to her credibility, and although the conduct could be consistent with a victim of rape suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder, it was not possible to say that such conduct was only consistent with that syndrome. That question and whether or not the complainant was telling the truth were for a jury to decide after hearing the complainant's evidence and psychiatric evidence, if admitted.
