[2013] EWCA Crim 1932

The court quashed football banning orders imposed on two men who had been involved in a incident at a tube station following a football match. The judge had not made a declaration that the offence related to a football match and had not explained why the orders would help to prevent violence or disorder at or in connection with any regulated football match.
