In an appeal against a sentence of three years' imprisonment for an offence of causing death by dangerous driving, the Court of Appeal concluded that the judge had given ample consideration to all of the aggravating and mitigating features in the case and it was impossible to conclude that the sentence was either manifestly excessive or wrong in principle and was accordingly dismissed.
