[2013] EWCA Crim 1008

There was a sufficiency of evidence entitling a jury to find that an electric stun gun was a prohibited weapon where there was expert evidence that the weapon was of a type that had been designed to discharge a noxious liquid, gas or other thing and evidence as to what that particular item was capable of was not required.
