R. v TEIDJA WEEKS (2013)

PUBLISHED August 9, 2013
SHARE

Given the aggravating feature of a 33-year-old offender's 39 previous convictions, including a conviction for robbery in 2001, his sentence of 30 months' imprisonment imposed following his conviction for attempted robbery, whilst stiff and possibly severe, was not manifestly excessive.
