[2007] EWCA Crim 933

A term of a sexual offences prevention order prohibiting an offender from using any computer or equipment capable of downloading images from the internet, was too wide and was substituted for one which prohibited him from downloading any material from the internet unless for the purposes of lawful employment or study.
