[2008] EWCA Crim 1087

The applicant, who following his conviction for exposure had been sentenced to a community order with an unpaid work requirement, was not subject to the notification requirements of the Sexual Offences Act 2003 s.80, since he had not been sentenced to a community order of at least 12 months.
