[2010] EWCA Crim 2638

It had not been unfair in criminal proceedings to admit evidence from translators in which they identified voices in recordings of conversations as being the same as those in other recordings. Whilst there were no contemporaneous records kept of their consideration of those recordings, that went to the weight of the evidence, not to its admissibility.
